HG 1/144 Gundam EX (Requiem for Vengeance)

HG 1/144 Gundam EX (Requiem for Vengeance) brings the formidable RX-78(G)E Gundam EX from Mobile Suit Gundam: Requiem for Vengeance to Bandai's High Grade model kit range. Featuring a distinctive military-inspired design, intricate mechanical detailing and an imposing battlefield presence, this Gundam offers a fresh interpretation of the classic Earth Federation mobile suit.

Set during the One Year War, Requiem for Vengeance presents the Gundam EX as a terrifyingly powerful opponent from the perspective of Zeon forces. Its heavily detailed armour, exposed mechanical elements and rugged proportions give it a more realistic, battle-hardened appearance than traditional Gundam designs. Bandai has carefully recreated these distinctive features in 1/144 scale, capturing the mobile suit's unique silhouette and complex surface detailing.

The kit features an articulated frame designed to accommodate the Gundam EX's unusual mechanical proportions, allowing builders to recreate dynamic combat poses and dramatic battlefield displays. Its distinctive Beam Rifle, shield and Beam Sabers provide multiple weapon configurations, while the detailed armour and mechanical components offer excellent opportunities for panel lining, weathering and custom painting.

With its grounded military aesthetic and intricate construction, the Gundam EX is particularly appealing to builders who enjoy realistic mechanical designs. Whether assembled straight from the box or customised with battle damage, weathering and additional detailing, this kit makes an impressive addition to any Universal Century Gundam collection.
