1. Shipping Coverage

We currently ship within Australia only.

We do not offer international shipping at this time.
2. Carrier & Tracking

All orders are shipped via Australia Post.

A tracking number will be provided once your order has been dispatched.

Tracking updates are available through the Australia Post website.
3. Order Processing & Dispatch Schedule

Orders are shipped on Monday, Wednesday, and Friday.

Orders placed on a shipping day will be sent out on the next scheduled shipping day.

For example, if you place an order on Monday, it will be shipped on Wednesday.

Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next shipping day.
4. Delivery Times

Delivery times vary depending on your location. Please refer to the Australia Post website for estimated timeframes.

Delivery times are estimates only. Principality of G is not responsible for delays once an order has been handed to Australia Post.
5. Loss, Damage & Liability

Once an order has been handed to Australia Post or any other carrier,Β liability for lost or damaged items rests with that carrier.

If your order is lost or damaged in transit, please contact Australia Post directly using your tracking number.

We will provide assistance where possible, but we cannot accept responsibility for items once they are with the carrier.
6. Shipping Costs

Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on your order and delivery location.

Shipping charges are non-refundable unless otherwise required by Australian Consumer Law.
7. In-Store Collection

Customers may choose to collect their order directly from our retail store at no additional cost.

Collection is available during store opening hours and only once the order has been confirmed as ready for pickup.
