Welcome to Principality of G. By visiting our store, purchasing products in person or online, or using our website, you agree to the following Terms of Service.

1. Conditions of Entry (In-Store)

When visiting our physical store, customers agree to:

  • Be aware that the premises are monitored by 24/7 video surveillance.

  • Comply with bag checks when requested by staff.

  • Understand that prices are displayed on chalkboards, not individual products. From time to time, chalkboards may be moved or updated, which can cause prices to appear incorrectly. The checkout system confirms the correct price at scan, and this is the final price.

  • Treat staff and other customers respectfully. Aggressive or antisocial behaviour will not be tolerated.

  • Not consume food, drink, smoke, or vape inside the store.

  • Ensure children are supervised by an adult at all times, with parents/guardians responsible for their conduct.

  • Leave the premises if requested by staff.

2. Online Store Use

By accessing our website and online store, you agree not to misuse the site or engage in unlawful activity, including attempting to interfere with its normal operation.

3. Product Information & Pricing

  • We aim to provide accurate product descriptions and pricing online and in-store.

  • Prices are subject to change without notice.

  • All transactions are processed in Australian Dollars (AUD).

  • In the event of a pricing error, the correct price as confirmed at checkout will apply.

4. Orders & Payment

  • Orders placed online are subject to acceptance and availability.

  • We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion (for example, suspected fraud or stock issues).

  • Full payment must be received before goods are dispatched or collected.

5. Intellectual Property

All content on our website and in-store branding (including logos, images, designs, and text) is the intellectual property of Principality of G and may not be used without permission.

6. Liability

  • Principality of G is not liable for personal belongings lost or stolen in-store.

  • To the extent permitted by law, we exclude liability for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of our store or website.

7. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Continued use of our store or website constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
