MG 1/100 RX-78-4 Gundam brings one of the most iconic experimental mobile suits from the Gundam MSV side story universe to the Master Grade lineup, featuring its distinctive blue colour scheme, powerful Mega Beam Launcher, and impressive mechanical detail.

Developed alongside the RX-78-5 as part of the Earth Federation's next-generation Gundam project during the One Year War, the RX-78-4 Gundam Unit 4 was engineered for high-mobility combat and equipped with the devastating Mega Beam Launcher. Piloted by Luce Kassel in Mobile Suit Gundam Side Story: Space, To the End of A Flash, Unit 4 has become one of the most recognisable designs in the Gundam MSV series. 

This Master Grade kit faithfully recreates the RX-78-4 with detailed external armour, excellent articulation, and its signature weapon loadout. The massive Mega Beam Launcher connects to the backpack via an energy cable, while additional equipment including the Hyper Beam Rifle, Beam Sabers, and foldable Shield allow for a variety of display options. Although it predates modern inner-frame Master Grades, the kit remains highly poseable and offers a rewarding build experience.
